About us
Jessica Stone Levy
Jessica began practicing trademark law over 30 years ago at a New York IP boutique where her clients included IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and American Brands. From New York, she moved to Seattle, where she worked in the trademark groups at two AM Law 100 firms and handled trademark prosecution and counseling for companies ranging from T-Mobile USA, Inc. and Valve Corporation to small startups to individuals.
Those years of big-firm practice provided Jessica with the grounding to open a solo practice, which she maintained for nearly ten years; she then switched back to big firm practice in Denver for another five years. With this extensive experience, Jessica is uniquely situated to help clients negotiate the complexity of the trademark application process.
